taborVidCap Stephen Fitzgerald posted a video and race report of yesterday's race at Mt. Tabor.  This is a good helmet cam, nothing like my sucky one. 

I'm even in this video, once he finally drops back to rest in the rear ;)  I liked the captions.

Stephen's a nice guy, and has a crazy cute little kid, too.  Nice to meet you!

ok so next week the words to remember are "timing" and "positioning". If you haven't moved up by lap 8 I'm going to heckle you in front of all the other kids.
